Meri complaint mobikwik ki zip loan me bare me h mene mobikwik app se zip loan liya tha jo 17june2023 ko mere account me ane the but abhi tk mujhe amount received nhi hua jiske baad har month ke 5th ko emi jani hai but jb mere pas unka koi pesa nhi aya hai to mai repayment kyu kru.. mobikwik ko mai 19 june se unhe complaint kiye ja rha hu ke mera loan cancel kr diya jaye but wo mujhe bol rhe hai ke apka loan amount apke khate m jayega cancel nhi hoga m preshn ho gya hu inke call se jo phone kr ke mujhe galiya dete h jb bhi costumer care ko call krta hu wo hmesa bolte hai k apko 24 se 48 hrs me apki problems ko solve kr diya jayega but abhi tk koi response nhi aya hai na hi wo mera loan cancel kar rhe h na hi wo charges pay kr rhe hai Jo mujh bank ki taraf se lage hai in charges kis wajah se mai apne khate me paise nhi dal pa raha hu please koi solution de mujhe bhot preshn hogya hu unke sath me sare documents share kr chuka hu jb bhi phone kro to wo statement mangte hai har bar statement bhejne ke baad bhi whi haal hai in logo ka
