So basically what happened is I was seeking job in online and I found ship details (IMO No: 9583160 and Name: BUFFALO), joining date (01-09-2022 from PARADIP , Odissa) with that fraud person contact number (9509219844). I was messaged to him in what’s app. I sent my CV to him. He replied me as ship details. He said salary is 450+100 USD. He asked 1,40,000 rupees as service charges. But I said I can’t pay that total amount at a time. Then he said that pay 70,000 rupees after completion of all documents which will give by company and remaining will take from salary . He asked my documents to arrange interview in BULK SHIP MANAGEMENT COMPANY. Actually he said that he is not an agent, he is a captain in BULK SHIP MANAGEMENT COMPANY.He said in that company have vacancy that’s why he gives reference to me. After sent my documents to him, he sent to a confirmation of joining through mail id: [email protected] to my mail on 28-08-2022. He called to me and said “visit nearest DG approval medical center and send ILO medical reports. And als he said company will refund medical fee after joining. I sent that medical reports through what’s app. After that he said book ticket to BHUBANESWAR and stay in hotel , that amount also company will refund. I went to BHUBANESWAR and inform to him. He sent job appointment letter with stamp. On 01-09-2022 he sent sea going agreement letter. After that he sent RPSL agreement letter with valid RPSL NUMBER, that RPSL NO: CHN059 is belongs to NJORDSHIPS MANAGEMENT PVT.LTD, CHENNAI. I checked that RPSL number in DG shipping official website , that is showing in DG shipping website. After that I received ITF agreement letter through above mentioned mail id. Finally I received FORM 1 through [email protected] mail id. He was entered full details of ship and my joining in my INDOS. I was checked my INDOS. After completion of this process he called to me and said “send money through bank deposit” that bank details as follows A/C NO: 3392010003317, Holder no : NAVEEN TANWAR, IFSC : BARBODURJAI (Bank of Baroda) . He said that amount is for RPSL permission and port authority permission. He said after deposit that amount to RPSL agent, the PARADIP port agent will come to my staying hotel to take me to port. On 01-09-2022 I deposited 20,000 through deposit machine in BHUWANESWAR main branch and 50,000 rupees through phone pay. I deposited totally 70,000 rupees. I have that proof. Total completion of amount deposit I sent that slips to him. He checked that account and said that he didn’t recieve 20,000 rupees which was deposited through deposit machine, then he said as he will give another account details to deposit another 20,000 rupees. He said if he recieve the first deposit 20,000 rupees, he will refund back. But I didn’t accept and I told that “I don’t have any extra amount at me” . He replied as ok wait for some time, Talking with RPSL agent. I called him repeatedly. He said wait for one day (Until 02-09-2022 ) ship is not started. Actually on that day (01-09-2022) I don’t have option to check that deposited amount status success or not because on that day (01-09-2022) bank are holiday in BHUWANESWAR. That’s why on 02-09-2022 I went to that BHUBANESWAR main branch and checked that account status , at that bank person said that amount was deposited successful and withdrawed also at the same time. I called to that agent and asked that to him about amount deposited successful. He said wait for some time port agent will contact. But after some time again called to him, he didn’t give proper response and he blocked my number. Actually I contacted him only through what’s app because he said as he is on ship. I am waiting for your response and for my justice.
