I join the tikona connection which provides internet service in 2019 with a plan 10/mbs unlimited. But browsing speed is so slow . I mail against this issue but they don’t take action.in 2022 i change my plan with the speed of 60/mbs unlimited yearly.this issue occurred again . And I mail again about this problem but they don’t take any action.28/3/23 my internet service is completely stop no internet service from last 2 month . I send daily 2 mails against this problem but still my problem is not resolved. They say that it’s take some time to resolve i asked how much time you need they said that just only 24hrs . This 24hrs is not completed yet. Even they never reply my mails and employees of this company just ignored my problems . Alot of time i request them to take some positive step but in the end i change my mind to switch to other internet service.Request you to refun my amount with interest+18% gst

2020-i pay 7200/-
2021- i pay 7000/-
2022- i pay 6300/-
I pay these amounts accordingly their yearly plan
