I have not paid Oct month emi on by some medical emergency at home. So one representative call me on 8th Oct 2022 and I told him to I will pay it on 15 Oct 2022. But again and again they are calling me sending message me to we call to your reference numbers and it may leave negative impact on your image. So please suggest what I will now do.

As per RBI regulations they don’t have rights to contact any of your reference number. If they threaten you please make complaint in local police station and move legally in consumer courts. You may get good result by court
