In covid i have taken loan, after 2 year the representative of rupeefanta company is harassing me and messaging me and saying that if i don’t pay the amount then they will call my relatives , without prior notice of payment they are harassing me, representative tell me if you paid 5000/- rupees them i will close your loan, and i paid 5000/- rupees but representative not close loan, i am very disturb , please help me, please take immediate action
