I have taken loan from Navi Loan App against which i cleared one EMI on 9th July 2022. July month emi has been missed reason being my salary is delay. Now again 23rd August is coming as due date. I am expecting my salaries as confirm by company between 20th to 25th August so i’ll clear both EMI. However i am receiving constant calls and WhatsApp messages from Neelu with different different number (8139919864, 9403997679) and she gave me threaten and cut the call on 9/8/2022 and she called my wife for payment. She is miss behaving and torturing me mentally apart from she is trying to ruin my image. It has exhaustly impacted my family relationship. I recently lost my father and a lot of pressure on my head. Due to corona lot of delay in getting salary and i am trying to cope up with the entire situation and that’s why i took loan. I am taking calls and reply on WhatsApp but still i have been mentally harassed continuously by called my family member and relatives. Due to which several bad thoughts are coming in my mind and pushing me to depression.
I humbly request them to stop calling me and harassing me. I’ll clear both EMIs between 20th to 25th August but she call me continuously and torturing and also said “look what i do and after that you don’t call me and message me why i do that”.
I had drop a mail in navi regarding that and request them please give me time to pay my emi but haven’t get any solution.
