Goldline Finance Company gave me a loan through CapitalNow App. And I have been using this app for the last two years. Since I do not have money, I get a loan again after paying the loan in full. And in the last two years, about 72 thousand rupees have been collected from me against the loan of Rs. 18000/-. But I am facing difficulty in paying this loan account number: CNL01256227. Because currently my house situation is very serious and going badly. And there are 2 EMIs of the loan of Rs. 18000/-. But I told this company about my situation before the two EMIs were auto debited. But for the last one month, this company is repeatedly auto debiting from my bank account and my bank account is going into negative balance. And I asked this loan app to make full payment after two months. But this loan app has increased the interest rate day by day. But this loan app is harassing me mentally. And whenever I had a discussion with this company over email, I kept RBI’s email in CC but I did not get any help.
