I am fed up with jeeves poor and useless service.they’ve been fooling me for the last few days.It’s been 1 month but till date no technical staff from his company has come to visit.they people have any such thing as shame or not? they are just trying to make clients into idiots.If I don’t get service by tomorrow or if your technical staff is not able to visit and done repairing by tomorrow, I swear I will complain to the full fraud casesuite.this is last warning i gave to them.
Despite registering my complaint with your team on multiple occasions, I have yet to see any resolution or improvement in the service provided. This level of neglect is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
I implore you to take immediate action in addressing my concerns and providing the service that I am entitled to as a valued customer. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate this matter further, including sharing all my complaint IDs and experiences with other potential customers to highlight the poor quality of service provided by Jeeves.
