I took Hathway internet services two years back for about 4 months and as I wasn’t satisfied with the service and planning to change work centre, hence, I informed them to put my account to close. Till date, I receive calls and texts about renewal daily and that too even from personal numbers from employees.
I also got the router free according to the package they offered, now when I am not renewing they keep calling to ask to return the router. That came free with service. That was for me to keep. They are selling their services on wrong pretexts and then accusing the customers. This is not fair and highly unprofessional on their part.
These calls and messages are putting a dent to my productivity, as they call anytime in between my office hours or outside. This is disturbing me mentally a lot. I request you to find a solution to this problem asap. Thank you
