I have bought a loan from a Non Banking Financial Company called Upwards Fintech Services Pvt. Ltd (Growth Source Financial Services) in the year 31-10-2021. This Upwards Fintech located in this below address:
Time Square Building, 2nd, Western Express Hwy, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400069 – Contact No: 77150-98615.
Bought a loan for an amount of Rs 3,00,000/- out of which I have paid 17 to 18 EMI’s so far. Till May of 2023 I had paid the EMI’s perfectly, however I was admitted in the hospital due to Covid in May 2023 which caused breathing problems and later left with mild paralysis. Just 5 EMI’s left to close this existing loan with Upwards.
Now, I am suffering from a heart disease which will require surgery soon. In the meantime, I have already requested Upwards Financial Services to give me some time to do the payment, however they are calling all my references found in my phone contacts and abusing them in a worse manner. This hurts me a lot and causes physical and mental torture.
The person who does from the side of Upwards Financial name shows as KK @ 9310195545. This person sends my photos via Whatsapp and informs my contacts to pay the amount of strict action that will be taken against them. Using bad and abusive words with my known sources which causes severe issues. This person needs to be Prosecuted.
Upwards needs to feel ashamed of themselves sharing a female photo in whatsapp to get the emi amount ?
Request the Mumbai police team to take severe action against this Upwards Fintech Team appropriately.
