My name is Lokesh and my registered number is 8130545743. I have a jio fibre connection. I work in a call center and currently working from home. Last night the jio fibre stopped working all of the sudden. I was promised a freaking engineer visit by 12 noon today and I have made 3 calls and I am being told no engineer is available to attend my complaint.

How I will manage my office job. Will mukesh Ambani pay for my one day loss. Infact it is the second day.

Is it my fault if you don’t have an engineer.

I can loose my job.

When a customer contact jio for some new product, JIO treats them as GOD. When a customer contacts JIO for after sales service then JIO treats them as DOGS.

I feel I have made a biggest mistake switching to JIO FIBRE.

U want money on time and you do not provide services on time.

I have been marked as an unplanned leave for yesterday night.

I was suppose to login this morning and you stupid internet isn’t working and I have to again bear a loss of my salary for today because of your stupid engineer is not available to attend my fucking complaint.

I will ensure this is posted every where on Social platforms.

Get this fixed now. I dont care how you do.it. other I will throw the router out of my house and call a local provider instead.

Jio is a shameless company and so is Mr. AMBANI.

I have been marked as absent and lost freaking 800 rupees for last night login and same is happening today.

1600 rupees.

It is already pandemic going on and JIO is making us losing money because they don’t have a fucking engineer.

I want my 1600 rupees that I have lost so far coz of jio.
