Text of Complaint by Gourav moyal:

I’m Gourav moyal from churu district Rajasthan.
Mistakely I open a link which I saw as an add on Instagram. Then the link ask me to download the app named handy loan . Then I Registered ® there and verified my documents ( adhar card ,PAN Card, my video profile ) the app gives me 2200₹ in three instalments. I made an mistake the didn’t read the terms and conditions of the app . Which was to pay money in 7 days . Which was 3500 payback for every those 3 installments . That means I received a sum of 6400 and I have to pay 10500₹ after 7 days . I permitted all the permission which the app ask me to do . Then the 7 th day the company didn’t remind to rupee back and directly started delivering message to my relatives and family members. Which was unprovoked to read and see . The company claims in those messages that i Gourav moyal took lane to handy loan I’m un able to pay so kindly plZ help me to pay the loan by the medium of the sax of my family’s member ..
these messages harresed me so much that I have to leave my city and move ahead …………
