Fraudulent records found for my loan account, a co applicant whom I don’t even know is part of my loan 200000 which i paid off for 1 full year after which i couldn’t pay due to health reasons the recovery agent says I had taken additional loan of another 50000 which i haven’t. Now he is at my maternal home hurling abuses and saying we will recover assets from my maternal home though my maternal home was not shared as collateral i asked for time as I am recovering from my maternity but the recovery agent is calling me instantly and coming to my maternal home and threatening. Please suggest what to do
