We had taken a bike loan from IDFC and unfortunately within 2 weeks bike got stolen near from our residence. We have lodged a formal complaint to the nearest police station but all our try went on vain. Since, we lost our hard earned money which paid as advance, we could not repay the loan even insurance company denied to pay the loss. IDFC started harassing my family and never come to a discussion understanding the situation. They started making harassment calls, legal notice and lot more. We decided to challenge them legally since we are victim of the situation. We should have elected some other bank instead of a blackmailing bank like IDFC.
