I HAVE ORDERED A MI TV FROM FLIPKART WHICH HAS DELIVERED ON 6/10/2021 AND INSTALLATION DATE ALLOTED 09/10/2021 FROM FLIPKART.
I RECEIVED A CALL FROM JEEVAS COMMUNICATION INSTALLATION PAETNER WITH FLIPKART THAT I CAN RESCHEDULE AND I RESHEDULED IT FOR 08/10/2021.
AN EXECUTIVE CAME ON SAME DATE BUT NOT BRING A STAND WHICH WAS MENTIONED IN FLIPKART ORDER DETAILS AND FORCING TO PURCHASE A DIFFERENT STAND WORTH RS 1800/- but we denied it. After he told I have this one only and went.
In evening I received a call from that executive and he was telling that he will call me through e kart and please say that come tomorrow 10:00 am.. Because I want to install it urgently so I said same as he requested.
But next day I received a message that a different executive is coming for installation. But I not received any call from and when I tried call through flipkart provided no he is not picking my call and flipkart also not resolving my issue.
I have ordered this for my parents and I am working in a different palace.
I have busy schedule and It is a mental harassment from flipkart.
