In 2020 I took a consumer loan for AC from Bajaj, that I already paid off. But last two months back I came to know that there is name of ARCIL for amount Rs. 281896.33 in my CIBIL Account. I was surprised to see this as I never took any loan from them. When I enquired about this over internet, I found that this company is in Mumbai. After taking out number when I called them, I came to know that this company bought my account for Bajaj Finance and the pending amount that they are showing is against Rs. 249747.1 for some insurance that I was not aware off as nobody contacted me. Moreover, I am not bound to take any insurance against any product that I purchase. I never even claimed any insurance or took any additional service on my AC. Now ARCIL has made CIBIL as instrument to blackmail and recover amount from people. Even one more thing in last 3 years even ARCIL never contacted me for any amount. Now when I contacted them ARCIL is saying pay Rs. 68500/- and we will take out name from CIBIL and give you NOC. This is straight away mental harassment & Defamation case.
