Image Uploaded by Ramesh gakhar:I had installed Tata Sky 2months ago. I am 89 year old senior citizen and Tata sky offiicals are not ready to help and are harassing. My channel packs keep changing without my permission by the dealer in order to get more money from me. I have already lost about 1500 until today which I recharged just a few days back. When I sought the customer care help . Nobody was ready to help. This lady named Ms Kumari told me she cannot help nor can there be a waiver because it’s not Tata sky’s fault and kept the phone without resolving the issue . I am mentally exhausted with Tata sky and it’s effecting my health being a senior citizen I cannot bear with non helpful behavior of the officials . Please take a complaint against them so that some action take place against the dealer and Tata sky. Worst customer satisfaction and customer care. My customer ID 1320114232
