Hi,
My self jignesh baldevbhai nagar. Navi has made unauthorised overdue charge in my cibill after taking regular EMI. They make my Cibill on wrong direction so, I can be help less & do what they want. For removing the charge. Their help center guys are also not responding.
My loan amount was 15k
I made 6 emis payment on regular
Till they have authorisation charges shows of rs. 1459
