Hey team, I have purchased a AC from lloyd 2 years ago. From previous week my ac make very loud noise due to which I can’t even sleep in night and i have made a complaint regarding this to lloyd customer care previous week, by registering complaint service engineer from lloyd comes first time he only make change to ac remote in less than one minute without knowing the actual issue and take CHARGES of RUPEES 590 , but the problem remain continue and ac still makes very loud noise then I call again service engineer of lloyd he comes after 1 day and again he only checks for 2 minutes and tell now it’s ok but now AC is making more worst sound and me and my family can’t even sleep for whole night. Pls take any strict action against either lloyd or their service engineer which I only take customer problem as fun.
