Complaint against JIO Fibre Installation by Team Jio Navi Mumbai Circle, in respect to JioFiber Service ID 400129026342 and false assurance and fake commitments, cheating by the sales/installation team/Team leader namely (Mr. Ashutosh contact number 9321826771, Mr. Sukumar Shinde contact number 7021249212)

Greetings !
On 10.03.2022 the Sales Team Member Mr Satish Jaiswal visited the applicant house at Plot no.9, Sec 42A, A-401 Shah Heritage, Seawoods Navi Mumbai 400706 and lured with the attractive Scheme of Jio Fibre and thereafter a payment of Rs. 4948.92 through UPI (Transaction reference number 206920552791) was made to the company. The said Sale Team Member Mr Satish Jaiswal assured the applicant and his family members that the installation of the said Jio Fibre Connection at home of the applicant Vigilantly and as per the specific direction of the applicant.
The Applicant further states that once the payment was done there was no update from Mr Satish Jaiswal regarding the connection though the Applicant kept receiving emails from the company mentioning the postponement of the installation on the Applicant’s request which is a blatant lie, Having waited for a week the Applicant visited the JioFiber Sanpada office situated at RELIANCE CORPORATE IT PARK OFFICE D 201-202, ABOVE 2ND FLR SANPADA RAILWAY COMPLEX, – 400705 where the Applicant requested to meet the Team leader/Senior member of Mr Satish Jaiswal on which he was met by Mr. Ashutosh (9321826771) who initially denied accepting that the fact that Mr. Satish was working with him but accepted him as his team member when presented with the proof whereby the Applicant was made to wait for 2 hours just to be asked to wait for a week for the refund to be reverted back to his account.
After a week when the Applicant tried calling Mr. Ashutosh for an update regarding all his calls went unanswered.
The Applicant states that he tried calling Mr. Ashutosh again on which he was told that Mr. Ashutosh was on vacation & was given another person’s contact (Mr. Prem contact no. 9975798107) who flatly refused to entertain the Applicant.
It is further submitted that when Mr. Ashutosh was contacted again by the Applicant he was misrepresented by Mr. Ashutosh that the refund is already credited to the Applicants account which was a delay tactic as no amount credited to the Applicants bank account.
Following which very intensely, the applicant made a protest and complained to the Team Leader Ashutosh who threatened the applicant of dire consequences. As the applicant had to travel out of country for work commitments, The applicant’s wife started following up for the refund and reported the matter to Mr. Sukumar Shinde contact number 7021249212, meanwhile the Applicant tweeted about it from abroad but all went in vain.
It would not be out of place to mention here that Mr Sukumar Shinde was also explained the entire facts of the incident happened with the applicant who readily assured the applicant’s wife that the matter will be looked into but its almost a month with no updates from him either. When the applicant’s wife on 24.07.2022 tried her level best to contact Mr Sukumar Shinde who despite repeated calls made over his phone neither bothered nor replied to the applicant’s wife.
This shows the high-headedness of the employees working in Navi Mumbai Circle for the esteemed company like JIo. The applicant also have evidentiary proof wherein the employees at Sanpada office & their Tweet handlers have admitted of the refund which can be shared by the applicant with good self as and when called for.
The conduct of above shows the callous attitude towards the customers which has to be looked into.
By means of present complaint the applicant is giving last chance to the officials of the company to restore the complaint of the applicant within 1 week else the applicant shall be constrained to initiate legal actions against the company and its officials.
