This is to bring to your kind attention that I am being mentally harassed by one of your credit card representative.
I have been a customer of HDFC credit card for last 5 years and there are other loans which is going through the same.
The name of the representative is Champa Shaw from eco space hdfc office kolkata. For last two months I have faced some issue with finance for which i couldnt pay my bill on time.
She calls me 20 to 30 times a day, talks in the most inappropriate behavior. She had the audacity to say that if you dont have the credibility to pay then why did you get a card in the first place.
Even I had a talk with her manager but no actions were taken. She is mentally harassing me for past 2 months calling me the entire day from different number and shouting on the top of her voice.
If not actions are taken I’ll be bound to lodge an FIR against the lady. I have 4 credit cards and no one has behaved in such a pathetic way.
