My name is Sarfaraz Khan and I want to file a complaint against Excitel Broadband services I have been calling them from past 5months for connection and the days transfer and they said me we can’t transfer the connection you have to take a new Internet connection and then we can transfer the days and i have taken a new connection as per their requirment and informed them to transfer my days but they are raising a complaint but not even calling me i have been calling them multiple times and raised a query but they haven’t resolved it yet I request you people to take necessary actions against them because of this I have been mentally stressed out.
