Eureka Forbes.
The Water Purifier has not been working for more than 50 days. The product is under AMC. After multiple complaints through phone and emails.
No proper resolution was provided by the company’s customer care and service provider. It is really time and energy-wasting. Mental harassment By Eureka Forbes Ltd.
Every time a customer care person says ” We can not provide any resolution, you have to wait and adjust at your end”.
So Now I Decided to buy a new machine because Eureka Forbes cannot repair the machine or provide resolution.
Machine Cost is 20000 Rs.
AMC Cost: 5699 Rs.
Water Expenditure every day 200 RS (Till Date around 9000 Rs)
