Hello, I am Namit Tiwari, a credit card consumer of RBL Bank. I got the credit card on 16th March, 2020. However, I was not able to pay the amounts that I had perused till now. As per my knowledge, I have only deferred payment of the month of September, 2020 after I was enabled to avail the Moratorium of 6 months.. However, I been receiving numerous calls from the Bank asking for the payments. As the time passed. The frequency of the call increased and the also was threatened and was subject to I’ll behaviour by shaming me for not making payments.However, today my father who is an CISF personnel got a called for the same reasons and also was ill treated by the recovery agent. And also, following the calls , My mother, Sister and Brother have received 20 calls each from the same number and was subjected to severe mental harassment. I tried calling the agent on the same number and was again threatened for not making any payments. The number from which my family members received a call from is 8375824976. After talking to the recovery agent responsible for the same, he threatened me to call again on my family members phone. However, I also received call from a different number yet, the operator was same. The second number from which I received a call from the same agent is 7838717677. After repeatedly requesting for his employee I’d, the agent did not provide me with the same and also is continuing the harassment by calling several numbers related to me. Kindly, solve this issue or else I would have no other option but, to initiate criminal proceedings and defamation.
