I had order smart watch from flipkart on 9th may to gift it to my mom as delivery date was 12th may I was happy abt it but haven’t got the delivery on 12th may and delivery date postponed to 14th may when I made calls to the customer care no one was able to clarify my issue related to the order I tried tracking my order at last I got updat that ur complain is register and will get resolve by 19th may but 19th may also has gone now and haven’t received my order till yet throughout all this thing I wasted my time I was sad that I couldn’t gift something good to my mom on her happy occasion as well as first flipkart never use to deliver my products to my home address hence I ordered this product putting my office address but still they failed to deliver my product on time for my current product I was assured many time k I will get my product on time but haven’t got it till yet flipkyis jst making fool to his customer now by taking delivery fee and by giving nonsense statement.
