1 month before I ported my number from Vodafone Idea to Airtel.
I got email from VI to pay the out standing amount , so I tried to pay through the link provided by them but it didn’t work. So I reply to them that link is not working. Despite that they are keep sending the same email. I tried all link provided by them and nothing is working.
Even i asked them to please share me bill, but they are not sharing.
Today they sent a message to pay the bill, that to even without sharing bill but still I tried the link provided and facing same issue.
In the message it is mentioned that as per policy If i don;t pay , they will disconnect my number.
During this time of Covid , mobile is the only way to connect with near and dear ones and get help incase anything needed.
My family is currently going through tough time and in this time they are torturing sending email and messages for non payment.
They have provided one number to contact , i tried calling that number too , and that number is always busy.
