I have taken a loan from IDFC Bank on September 2020, since that every day the loan collector of IDFC Bank Guwahati Branch, Mr. Dulu Sharma under contact number 097077 26065 Ms Pinky under contact number 099546 28823 has been harassing me, calling me in odd hours and abusing me for not paying emi which I didn’t even default. Due to this harassment, I have started to block their numbers and let the harassment go however they kept calling me from different numbers hurling abuses. Kindly note that I have been regularly paying my EMI but still they have not stopped harassing me. I want to file a consumer compliant against them as they are mentally harassing me because I am a woman
