My name is bhagyalakshmi k s daughter of late Sureshkumar k a and geetha j (kongappalliyil house kommady ward alappuzha 688007)my mother was PTS(part-time slepper )in agricultural office kadakkarappally she was a diabetic patient she passed away in December 3 2022 she only have around 6years service as a PTS and we have a lot of finanical issues i only have a sister we don’t have house or any other assets my mother have taken loan from KSFE & as a part of recovery of loan,ksfe officers are saying they will deduce around 1, 75,000/- rupees from the gratuity, we have lots of financial issues our mother gratuity is our only hope, for treating her we borrowed money from individual people’s we have to give it back to them, I’m working that is only income for us and we are ready to pay the amount monthly but officers in ksfe is not ready to help us, we visited and head office and tell them about our situation but they talked back very rudely and said us they’re going to deduce the money no matter what, they mentally harass us & didn’t even give a solution for our problem, me and sister is trying our best live without our parents its so hard for us to keep going and we have a huge financial debt, if nobody is helping us how we are supposed to live further
So i kindly request you to do something to help us and please do the needful loan number KPL 2312
