Text of Complaint by Manu Maheshwari:
On 24th October i applied for a broadband connection and a sales person immediately called and came 7:30 pm and assured me to get the connection installed within 24 hours and took the payment of about 1700 including installation charges.
After he never took phone and i whenever i try to contact customer care airtel they always tell me that technical team will contact me but it never happened till date ie 30 oct there is no callback from airtel.
What does you guys think we are free we dont have any work you guys are not getting the connection installed not talking properly on customer care no no solution no callback mo refund
This is a serious fraud or scam from airtel
