I bought a new internet connection from SKYNET (a partner company works for Excitel on 8th March 2022. They charge as per their plans. No issue with that. I faced dis-connectivity in the very first month a number of times. They resolve that in 3-4 days.
The router’s adapter stopped working in the second month. They took more than 7 days to resolve that. In that period, they ignored a lot of calls.
Third month, my connection is of for 7 days and I lodge a complaint before 6 days. Let me clear they will not give you a call back if you raise a complaint. I called their local partner on the 4th day. One person visited me late night at 10:30 pm – 11:00 pm. He told me that he will be coming next morning. I made a number of calls and he didn’t picked up any call. He picked up one call and told me he is busy and he will be visiting at night. That night never came.
I have a job to WFH and I usually share my screen which needs a decent internet connection. I get many scolds from the company because of Excitel.
