I have taken a loan of 15000 from Rupreedee and it’s a payday loan. I lost my job but i have joined a new company and i have the intentions of paying but they are sending messages and non stop calling even though i had emailed the grievence department but no resolution at all and threatning to come to my house and harrass. My mother has a heart problem and i can prove that also. They are not willing to take the payment back in EMI as i have been requesting them.
Please help resolve.
