I got a call from this fraud company “wiseworld technology” on 28th August and a girl there explained me everything about the work and then they demanded for Adhar card, Photo and Signature and I provided her vd these and I was asked to complete this 700 forms within a week and I did it too

In agree so called agreement it was mentioned about the penalty of 5500.

After completetion of my work vdin the given time period I did contact them through mail and that girl to inform her and what’s the next step for me, they said ma’am the company will check and let u know.

Till then I didn’t receive any call, mail regarding the salary or the penalty I have to…now after a month on 2nd October 2020 I recvd a call from 7064158860, saying “I’m advocate Sushant Singh Rajput and u made loss to the company and the company filed a case against u, now your future is in our hand, we can destroy it, etc. etc.

Pehle to I really got scared bcoz I provide them vd my adhar card, Photo n signature and I paid the amount 5500/- to the account details he provided……after that I got a mail…penned “be present in the court on 3rd October or else the court can issue arrest warrant against u” and now they demanding extra 15550/- to give NOC.

I’m not getting on what basis they filed the case if really they did it.
