This is for your kind and urgent attention that I bought a casual shoes order no 406-1139710-8436308 through an amazon pay later option of Rs. 1599 on 05-03-2022 on amazon app. The shoes that I received was completely different to what I have ordered because of which placed return request immediately and as per my request the return was scheduled on 08-03-2022 which was than successfully picked up by the amazon pickup person and the refund request was given as back to resource(Amazon Pay later account).
Even though i have returned the product the amazon pay later account shows me the overdue amount of Rs. 1599 + 210 of which i have made the payment of Rs.210 (other product purchased by me) + Late fee charges = 2045/- and i received the message about the payment to be made to which i enquire with amazon customer care where the response was pathetic wherein i was made to call 3 times wherein every time the call was transferred and than disconnected.
I also received an email from amazon and i was shocked to see in that email amazon customer care has written to me that since i have returned them the wrong product the refund is not processed.
Firstly, if it was the wrong product, why the product was picked up by the amazon pickup person from my place and if the product has been picked up the refund should have been given to me.
Being physically handicapped it is really not possible for me to visit your office to clear this mess so I kindly request you to look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.
