I got a data plan from excitel and paid 2000 for installation and 4400 for the connection for 9 months for which they said If I shift to a new location they would get the data transferred to the new location. I shifted to gurgaon on 31st March and they asked to buy a new connection since the connection needs to be active for the data to be transferred. I was hesitent to spend money again but I did it anyway and paid 2000 Rupees again and asked them to transfer the rest of the data to my new subscription. They said the plan needs to be active for data to be transferred. Do they asked me to buy a month’a plan and I again paid 825 Rs and raised a request for data transfer to be done. It has been 25 days that I have been calling them again and again and they keep telling me to wait. And today as of 31st April 2021, they asking me to get the recharge done as the plan is inactive and needs to be active for the data to be transferred which was only due to the delay from their end.
