Airtel is sending me messages that my bill is 16 Lakh rs. Even after sending numerous email to nodalofficer.del@in.airtel.com and calling their customer service team and talking to the supervisors this is not getting resolved.
I am raising the service request tickets with Airtel again and again and they are not able to tell me how much is the bill when the due date of the bill was 27th Nov and till 17th Dec they are not able to tell me my actual bill.
I am mentally harassed by Airtel and i was not able to eat food or sleep for days because of this issue. Airtel team is useless to help. My service ticket request got closed without any resolution on its own.
Airtel is responsible for the mental harassment and i want to sue them for Rs 1 crore as i could have got heart attack because of their messages and continuous stress i am going through from last 20 days.
