I had ordered mi 11x they said their was a tracking issue and will resolve soon by the end of day the phone automatically returned to seller.after that i had ordered mi 11 lite ne 5g the same tracking issue occurs.they play with me saying wait for last date your product will not be cancelled.and before 2 days of delivery date the product returned to seller.now in case of iq 7 they also can’t deliver a phone.and harassing me by saying place another order.such arubbish company.not prior to customer such arrogance from their customercare representatives .so stay away from amazon nor you will be harrsed like me
