I had applied data entry job in quikr.come and the company OWN POINT TECHNOLOGY contacted through whatsapp no.
and they mentioned some term and conditions that was- you have to complete the 1000 form. if you don’t fill the form accuracy of 90% or failed to submit in given time then you have to pay penalty of 6500 rupees for server maintenance of your work. Under this condition i said I’m interested. then they take my aadhaar and gmail ID and send me mail. after that i got a call from the company agent number
she said me to varify this link through OTP. But when I clicked to verify it is turn to an agreement…after that i did the work which they were given. i fill the form correctly and submitted in the given time. The company told me to your submission of applications is not accuracy of 90%. So you have to pay penalty of 6500. As per company condition i paid the amount 6500 rupees. But now they are asking me to pay more money Rs. 71500 for server maintenance charges as per agreements. Which is not mentioned in agreement. I joined this company 14th june today 23 june i got mail from the advocates meera jain she threatening me to pay the amount or else he will File a case against me Now they are going to case a file against me & send legal notice to court. i am students and i had no money, right now totally depressed and they harass me mentaly. I kindly request to take action against this fradulant company…..

Sir/Madam they didn’t even let me to read the agreement as per company term and conditions i already paid 6500 rupees but now they are calling me,sending messages for more money & harassing me mentally.
Please file a case against these people & the company eworkme.com they are playing with the lives of people & harassing them.
