I had Requested Cancellation of my Broadband Connection and AirTel Team confirmed to me in writing that my account has been suspended and all outstanding amount on the account has been cleared. They still did not close the account and purposely delayed it from their end.

Latest Bill received for 08/Feb – 07/Mar/22.
Why is Airtel playing this game. Why do i have to pay if i have requested the account to be closed.
I want compensation from AirTel for the delay that they have caused and for their terrible support in a simple request of closing the Broadband Account. Even post multiple requests they are not closing my account and sending me bills.
