I booked a resort “uds cocco hotels and resorts”near udumelpet on 11th January 2023. And paid Rs.2500 via phone pay to the number 9843778389 Due to emergency situation we cancelled the booking.we contacted the manager he assured us a refund,but still it is not credited…2 days once we called, they intentionally caused us a mental depression .If they told we will not refund you, it’s not with in our guideline means,we are fine with it …but they purposefully told to waste our time and causing us a mental depression…so I am not able to concentrate in my work,and causes fight in family by overthinking about their cheating…so kindly do me a needful and get us a compensation
