i live in sakchi,jamshedpur and installed jio fiber about a month ago since then every 10 days or so my fiber services are down and when reaching out to the customer care of jio services they are very lenient and always have the tendency to postpone.for example my fiber went out on 26 jan when i reached to the customer care they promised to reach me by the end of the day but the reached me on the next day and after fixing my issue my fiber went out on the same day .today 8th febuary i registered the complaint now also same thing they are doing and postponed it to the next day. i am fed up with the services of the jio
