I ordered on September 22, 2022 order id- #MCSTORE12632- payment was done online I waited 1 month after that I called them on there customer care they requested me to wait 1 week more I again called them again they told me to wait 1 week more and even if I don’t receive my order I will get a refund but still, I didn’t receive and last week I called after waiting for 3 months there customer care executive ignored me and rarely if they pick there no listening to me what I was saying. I waited more than 3 months for this order and I just want a refund for my order because I had no need of this order I was not able to cancel this order in this entire 3 months time I had no choice given. its been more then 3 months
