Dear Team,
This is with reference to membership card of Big Bazaar profit club which was purchased in 29 -October- 2021, As on date the card was unutilized
we recently visited @ local store in Nagpur we came to know that the pan India stores has been closed permanently & 18002662255 this no.is off,
Kindly make the necessary arrangement for refunding the balance amount or kindly suggest the further process.
Please find attached documents of bank details for fund transfer.
