Text of Complaint by Dr. Asma Anees:

I had taken club mahindra 3 year gozest membership on 1st august 2021 and requested cancellation on 3rd august 2021. i was told by their representative that i would get 100% refund if i opt cancellation before 10 days. I have messaged and called them multiple times since past 5 months and they kept on telling me that i would get my money back. But today they emailed that they would give zero refund. I have all phone record and email with me. They are cheaters and fraudsters of the highest level.
