No resolution is provided as of now as complain was done on 7 oct
I was told by Manager Ashish that Plan is of approx 63k and it company is going to pay intrest. But when I am going through the agreement I come to know that plan is of 50k and we will be playing intrest. And also I am not interested as of know.
I was also told I have time of 45 days to rethink when I said that I need time to think.
And also I was told that no processing fees will be levied for emi processing.But 299/ plus GST is Levied. I am feeling cheated.
I therefore request you to cancel this on immediate basis and refund my amount back to my credit card.
