Hello Sir, Ma”am,
This is a complaint about MegaDeal Mart online shopping website https://megadealmart.com/ from which i ordered a headlight bulb i receive the product in around 20 days after paying for the product for my car. its clearly mentioned in the website its a headlight bulb however picture shows high/low beam ( as attached), however upon receiving it does not have the high low beam option. when i called their contact number they said the product is not mentioned as headlight its a fog light and does not have a high low beam, and they can’t refund the money for the same as their refund /return policy is stringent and does not offers refund if the similar product is available at their WH. i insisted them to refund but he disconnected the phone.
request you to please look into the matter as this kind of website are misguiding people and looting their hard earn money.
