I have ordered a product Editrix twin p.by the name neetu sharma and it was defecting my phone that was not suitable for my phone so i returned it in on 1sep and it was deliverd on 28 aug then i placed that in proper way as it was then they took to long and they picked up the product on 8sep and now on 8sep they are messaging me that it is rejected on customers door step because of mismatch and not picked up then from meesho and xpress bees it is telling that pick is not done please help me for my problem i want my refund please help me
