I had ordered a black coord set from meesho and they sent me a red dress. When raised a return request, the delivery person is not accepting the product saying it is failing quality checks. The product is completely different so it is isn’t matching the image given to the delivery person. Meesho is just repeating the loop of raising a return request and delivery partner rejecting it. Neither the delivery person is ready to check and take the product on the basis of AWB number.
