Meesho terms and conditions are so weak that they cannot refund us the amount neither the product which we have ordered

Text of Complaint by Asima Banu:

I have ordered 9 frocks in meesho and I have got only 1 item on 17th December 2023 and they have marked as delivered for all the items which we have not received. The item which we have received is entirely different from the item which I have ordered, hence we have raised the a complaint to the support team and they said that the refund for the 9 products will be initiated with in 48 hours.

Further, after following up with the customer support for 3 days they are informing us that they can only refund for 4 products as per there criteria.And they will won’t refund for the products for the remaining 5 products

However we have ordered the 9 items with 9 different order IDs which is as follows:

And we have only received one order with order I’d 3254823721

Kindly help us to get the remaining amount.

The support team has also said they will refund us the complete amount, I have also saved the screenshot of the conversation with the support team name jiya.
