Text of Complaint by Suwarana Khanna:

I was working as a reseller in Meesho shopping I was working with them from last two years recently on third of June July I ordered three products and on fourth of July there was a message floating when I open the app that your verification code is failed I was surprised and I didn’t understand what does it means then I tried to contact with them after two days I was able to find out that then I asked I told my problem and they told me that your account had been blocked due to some reasons they didn’t didn’t tell me the reason and they told me that I cannot reopen any account in meesho with my phone number with my name as well as with my account bank account and we can’t help you then I asked them that I had ordered products if my customer didn’t like that product and I want to replace them what should I do because one day earlier from the account Property there is at least one me that you don’t order the product in that in that orders I used to collect Rs.400 margin and the product was total to Rs.1200 now after receiving the product my customer says that quality is not up to the mark and she didn’t want that product but there is no way to return or refund my money and they told me that you will get your margin as you have blocked your account but you will get your margin but after 15 days when I didn’t collect my March and I again contacted them and they told me that you will not get your margin because your account has been blocked and we can’t help you.
