I have attempted COD for one product. After delivery and payment the order in the application was not marked as delivered I contacted help center. They told me that it will get updated within 24 hours but didn’t updated. After some days it got marked as cancelled. I have uploaded each and every details of the product delivered to me. Now they mailed me that they dont have any data and marked as cancelled so it cant be returned nor exchanged. I need full refund this is fraud from Meesho.
